customers to join the indirect operation while they can utilize their room
on their vacation by 50 P profit after deducting operational costs.

Here is another interesting investments to develop BELAN COBE which
is situated abot 50~60km east of our Hot Springs Resort at east coat
of SULAWESHI penunsula where is the franchize town of TUNA fishing
and very rich marine lives as well as World famous BUNAKEN NAT. park.
BELAN COVE is so stunning like NEW CALEDONIA yet and vigin bay as
well while BUNAKEN is so dirty and much spoiled by Dynamite fishing
and marine lives are so rich same as LEMBEH STRAITS
In spite of so closed situation from MANAO, no one knows this area as
well as our TOGAGET HOT SPRINGS and white long sandy and tranquil
beach.
This area is a real PARADISE for snokelers and also sucuba divers just
few hundred meters to drop off diving site. The land is so cheap and
eazy to get to construct three projects.....
NO.1: DIVING RESORT HOTEL: as it is also possible to access to
LEMBEH STRAIT as the same distance or closer thanMANADO-
BUNAKEN-LEMBEH.
NO.2: MARINE PARK: to show the COELACANTH which they discovered
as 2nd place in the world followed by MADAGASCAR in MANADO BAY
by FUKU-SHIMA MARINE PALACE reseach team conducted by
Mr. Masamitsu IWATAand his company Fukushima marine park
web by WIKIPEDIA.
If possible to feed them in a pressurized sea water aquarium under
special permission by Local government of MINAHASA, it is the fisrt

Above two projects make MINAHASA LAND as prominent tourist
destination & this could help to expand the runway of MANADO to

Why the Japanese style resort in LANGOWAN…? This will be the first time
that Japanese style hot spring resort has been introduced and operated
outside Japan. Many Japanese enterprises including Japanese restaurants
are operating in the world but not Japanese hot springs resort outside
of
Japan yet. The toraget hot springs has been left as a forgotten SHANGLIRA
since Japanese military left Indonesia 66 years ago. It is now our Japanese
responsibility to apologize our sad past with Indonesia during the war
time
and as a part of apology on behalf of Japanese government by introducing
our world class resort to all over the world by web site how beautiful
land-
scape and nature and kind people from NORTH SLAWESI and it is our
Japanese time again to introduce MINAHASA highland not only a domestic
but as international keen tourist destination and return the parts of profits
to Indonesian government and local people including state and local tax
and most of the goods purchase and wage for local employees even how

GUEST HOUSES 19 (with all equipped standard western toilet /
Japanese rock garden with hot spring bath for 24 hours) / Western style
super deluxe suite x 1(equipped with deluxe toilet and 53 inch Digital
TV
and DVD record player for more than 1000 Japanese TV programs / Mini
bar / Italian dining table sets / Refrigerator / Deluxe floor slippers

spring rock bath in Japanese rock garden. Self deposit box for valuable

COMPANY RULES： will be initiated and posted one month prior to
operational day with several bans for employees such as QTE must greet
and bow with smile whenever they face the resort guests and restaurant
customers and no smoking/no spit in the resort area UNQTE etc.
EMPLOYEE HEAD COUNTS: will vary from minimum 10 to maximum 10
depends on the season and progress of the resort construction size and
operations under employment law by PT.
THE ORCHID SPA: Will be provided by Super deluxe Jacuzzi and rock
garden with hot spring bath decorated with full of various kind of orchids
where the treatments are taken place.
RESTAURANT； Japanese specialty (serving SUSHI SASHIMI TEMPURA
SUKIYAKI SHABUSHABU NOODLES SOBA etc) and FRENCH CHINES and
ITALIAN as well.
AMUSEMENT FLOOR： Reception / MINI BAR counter for drinks & cocktails
/ Reading pleasure for books / BilliardPing pong / Majang game / Playing
cards / KAEAOKE etc. Audio and DVD SHOW: Museum for volcanic activity
including Soptan volcano.
BUTIK: A small souvenir shop where we sell most of the items which they
sell at our competitors including our own hotel products and MINAHASA
local folk art and food as well.
HOT BALOON： Moored by rope to go up to 30 meters by hot air.
The operational time is 30 minutes after and before sunrise and sunset
in order to avoid the heat to enjoy the 3 colored lakes and Mt. SOPTAN
from the sky.CANOPY(Flying Fox): From half way of the adjacent
mountain to our lake side via our hilltop to let our guest enjoy the most
exciting CANOPY RIDE on the most safe operation.

FITNESS CENTER ５〜７ fitness machines are provided for those customers
who like to practice for their health and body building.
The Green colored lake by CANOU tour to go around the lake with local live

cave
at CAPRI in NAPLES ITALY) behind the man made waterfall and origin of the
hot
springs where hot springs are coming up from the hot spring vent. (our

wear life vest for safety).

RESORT VEGETABLE GARDEN Our hotel guest can join to grow and take care

FAUNA & FLORA TOUR will be conducted during the day time to enjoy the
tropical
flowers . fruits . and bird watching in the resort garden and mountains.
KUNAN KUNA(FIRE FLY ) and MILKY WAY WATCHING TOUR The tour will be
conducted after dark to enjoy the great nature of the area.
BENRI RIDE(carriage)& HORSE BACK RIDING TOUR to other interesting scenic
spots including BUKIT KASHI . PNINA BENTEGAN . SOPUTAN and LAKE TONDANO.
FESTIVITY Upon full operation Japanese folk dance(thanks for GOD dance
for
autumn rice harvest in Japan) contest will be taken place in the end of
year by
inviting Japanese dancers to introduce Japanese cultures as well as local
cultures
of CACALELE and local dance as well.
CHRISTMAS PARTY on 15 of December prior to high demand week begins all
company employees and many village people and government personals who
supported our resort and no parents children under 18 years old will be
invited
and hosted by food and drinks for 2 hours for each year for goodwill
and friendship.
WEDDING CEREMONY OPERATION: Upon full operation a small European type of
Christian chapel will be constructed in a square of our territory to introduce
our
vicinity is mainly dominated by Christian believers and invited foreign
guest to
celebrate together with local village attendants(volunteers). Until that
time,
GREJA EMANUEL at LEILEM will host and conduct this wedding ceremony.
DIVING OPERATION Currently BENTENAN will be our diving spot as BUNAKEN
is
too far and too polluted by junk which tourist haste it and to make MINSHASA
highland famous as the diving spot same as BUNAKEN as well.
AMENITY Our revenue customers who stay at our SUPER DELUXE SUITE will be
presented the following amenities: Bath robe(gown) and towel set embalmed
guest fist name . a bottle of French Champaign on their arrival and daily
fruits
basket as well as common guests . a basket of tropical cut flowers and
some
local peanuts products which are grown at our vegetable garden .
